helpful staff gorgeous view rough hair

the check in staff was sincerely helpful. my room faced the river , it was super gorgeous. the shampoo did not feel like shampoo , it made my hair super rough , but it was no big deal.

i could not find milk for my cup of tea inside my room.

the location suited my needs. the staff was polite and always ready to help.

The room was quite small. It barely fit the bed, and this created some inconvenience. i expected more space given the price and the hotel's 5-star rating. this limited space made it difficult to relax fully after long days.

Excellent Stay in Prime Location

My room, a Collection Premium Room Sea View, provided a great bay view. It had a coffee machine and an electric kettle. The air conditioning was controlled from a modern panel. I found additional pillows in the wardrobe, and the bathroom was stocked with full-size shampoo.

I experienced a slight wait upon arrival. The member reception area was not consistently attended.

dirty tables ineffective ventilation

The breakfast was chaotic. Tables were not cleaned quickly. The coffee machine did not work one day. The ventilation system in the room did not provide sufficient cooling on hot days.
