the check in staff was sincerely helpful. my room faced the river , it was super gorgeous. the shampoo did not feel like shampoo , it made my hair super rough , but it was no big deal.

The room was quite small. It barely fit the bed, and this created some inconvenience. i expected more space given the price and the hotel's 5-star rating. this limited space made it difficult to relax fully after long days.

My room, a Collection Premium Room Sea View, provided a great bay view. It had a coffee machine and an electric kettle. The air conditioning was controlled from a modern panel. I found additional pillows in the wardrobe, and the bathroom was stocked with full-size shampoo.

I experienced a slight wait upon arrival. The member reception area was not consistently attended.
